All our jewelry is custom designed and manufactured in our state-of-the-art diamond jewelry factory. If you are interested in a piece that is currently on back order, please contact us and we will inform you when the product will be available. Because this jewelry is custom-made in our factory, there may be a process time between 3-5 weeks before the piece can be shipped. At AP19 Jewels, we make every effort to ensure that our online catalog is as accurate and complete as possible. To give you the opportunity to view our pieces in full detail, some pieces may appear larger or smaller than their actual size in our website images; and since every computer monitor is set differently, size may vary slightly. Online Return Policy:

AP19 Jewels takes pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise manufactured in our state-of-the-art factory, and we are confident that you will appreciate our products. If you decide to return your purchase made online or over the telephone for any reason at all, AP19 Jewels will refund that purchase within 15 days of the original purchase date. Kindly refer our refund policy [AP1] for more details. The contents of the package must be in their original condition and secured within the box. For your security, do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the box.
AP19 Jewels is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

AP19 Jewels will process your return upon receipt of the package. AP19 Jewels must confirm that the returned jewelry has not been damaged or suffered excessive wear and tear during the 15-day period.

AP19 Jewels guarantee is simple and straightforward. If something is wrong due to faulty workmanship, we take care of it. It’s a fair way of doing business. Any work performed by a jeweler other than AP19 Jewels automatically voids the warranty. THIS WARRANTY IS NOT AN INSURANCE POLICY. It is the responsibility of the customer to maintain insurance against loss or damage not covered by the warranty.
Caring for your jewelry:
With a little care, your jewelry will look spectacular for a lifetime.
You can clean your diamond, ruby or sapphire using a commercial jewelry cleaning solution or lukewarm soapy water and a small bristle brush. Just be sure to rinse your jewelry thoroughly to maintain its brilliance.
Emeralds should ONLY be cleaned using a soft, dry cloth.
Remove your jewelry before showering, swimming, cleaning. sleeping, doing rough work or handling chemicals - including hair care products and perfume.
Do not expose gemstones to sudden temperature changes, which may cause cracks.
Store each piece of jewelry separately to prevent them from scratching each other.
